You must cancel your appointment within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment date and time.

Do I need to provide any of the cleaning products/materials or equiptment?

Accepted Answer

No.  Not unless you have some specific products or equipment you want us to use.

Do your wash windows?

We do wash windows upon request.

If I do not cancel my appointment within 24 hours will there be a charge?

Accepted Answer

Yes there will be a fee of 1/2 of the total cost for the service(s) scheduled.

Are pets ok to have in my home at the time of the service?

Accepted Answer

As long as the pet is friendly, our staff is comfotable with pets. If you are not sure we suggest you have a safe designated area for your pet to be during the time of the service.
